The Presbytery Choir was a wish of the (late) Fr. Robbie D’silva, who wanted a choir exclusively for the Presbytery. He approached Michelle Francis who use to sing solo for the Presbytery Mass’ and requested her to form a choir. The Presbytery Choir was thus formed in September 2006 by Michelle Francis and four members. Since its inception the choir has steadily grown stronger and till today has members from the time of its birth, this shows true dedication and commitment.

We take great pride in saying that each member, regardless of their age, shows great commitment. The fruits of their hard work and diligence are evident by the appreciation received by all; singing every Sunday, at Weddings etc.

Michelle lead the choir from 2006 until 2015 when she left to migrate. Rachel Martin then took over. The choir has seen many talented leaders including: Yvette Franklin and Leanne Coelho. The choir is currently being headed by Gerard Croning & Renee D’lima.

We are very proud of the young and talented musicians the choir has had including David Alfrey, Tiffany Fernando, Christopher, Reuben, Kristin and now Leon who is currently serving the choir.

Our objective has always been the Church and we believe that God has abundantly bestowed us with talented and dedicated individuals.

The choir meets for practice every week on Sunday after the 6 pm Mass and sings for the Sunday mass at The Presbytery. Hence we are known as The Presbytery Choir.
